Returns/Refunds Policy

At Oskar & Stone, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied and wish to make a return or exchange, we offer the following policy:


  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or credited.
  • Afterpay purchases are eligible for store credit only.


To be eligible for a refund you must return your item within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be approved only if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.


To begin the process of returning a product, please contact us and provide your receipt and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will confirm your receipt then send you an approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.


We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of product arrival on all of our products. If you experience any faults or defects within this time frame, we will replace your item free of charge.


Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on jewellery.
