Returns & Refunds Policy | Oskar & Stone

At Oskar & Stone, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied and wish to make a return or exchange, we offer the following policy:

 

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or credited.
  • Afterpay purchases are eligible for store credit only.
  • Permanent jewellery sales are all final and booking deposits are non refundable, to reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

To be eligible for a refund you must return your item within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be approved only if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please log in to your account and lodge a return via your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

 

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of product arrival on all of our products. If you experience any faults or defects within this time frame, we will replace your item free of charge.

 

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on jewellery.
